As part of the digital transformation that iSelect is currently going through, there is an ambition to re-position iSelect as a ‘customer-first’ company.
To influence the change, I took responsibility for encouraging a user-centered approach across the company.
I have taken the following initiatives:
/ Facilitated numerous workshops across the company.
/ Encouraged and facilitated Design Sprints on various topics.
/ Communicated on iSelect Hub across all ‘customer-first’ initiatives.
/ Presented a 5-min UX/UI focus each week during the Weekly Product Meeting.
/ Set up a UX lab within the company and invited people from every department to come and listen.
/ Set up a small library in the company.
