User experience was at the heart of the approach in the redesign of the website.

All communication media related to the user’s digital experience were reassessed to ensure coherence in the overall customer journey: from the welcome page to the purchase process and emails sent post-purchase. A ‘mobile-first’ approach guided the overall conception, design, and copywriting.
